Kennedy Center faces imminent closure amid bankruptcy reports

Ticket sales plummeted and numerous artists withdrew their performances after the board renamed the venue the Donald J. Trump and John F. Kennedy Memorial Center for the Performing Arts. Justice Department lawyers filed a new court argument stating the facility could deteriorate into an unsafe structure requiring tearing down.
