Saudi-led group completes $55bn buyout of Electronic Arts, taking gaming giant private
The consortium of PIF, Silver Lake and Affinity Partners completed the leveraged buyout on Monday, ending EA's 36-year run as a public company and loading it with $20bn in debt.
