Millie Bobby Brown and Jake Bongiovi Welcome Second Child, a Son, Through Adoption

Millie Bobby Brown and Jake Bongiovi have adopted their second child, a son, the couple revealed on Instagram on September 17. Brown, 22, shared a photo of the baby's hand resting in hers and Bongiovi's, with their daughter's hand also visible, captioned "hi little guy!" The post confirmed the arrival of a baby boy, more than a year after the couple adopted their first child, a daughter, in August 2025.

The news was first reported by People, citing a source close to the couple, and was picked up by Billboard, The Hollywood Reporter, and E! News. Brown and Bongiovi, 24, have not publicly shared the baby's name or exact birth date, continuing their practice of keeping their children's details private.

The couple's first adoption was announced in August 2025 with a joint Instagram post that read, "This summer, we welcomed our sweet baby girl through adoption. We are beyond excited to embark on this beautiful next chapter of parenthood in both peace and privacy." Brown has spoken openly about her long-held desire to adopt, telling Kylie Kelce on the Not Gonna Lie podcast in June that adoption was part of her childhood dreams and that she and Bongiovi took time to understand the adoption journey before embarking on it.

Brown and Bongiovi, the son of musician Jon Bon Jovi, married in May 2024. The couple have been together since 2021 and have kept their daughter's name and face out of the public eye, with Brown telling British Vogue in November that it was important to protect her child's story until she is old enough to share it herself.
